your search post for searches within Canada
New
submissions will be added weekly to the search and reunion registry.
Until an automatic submission form is built, please email search@originscanada.org
with the following information:
- your
name (this will be kept confidential unless you request it to
be posted.
- your
email address,
- whether
you are an adoptee, natural parent, etc .
- date
and place of birth of adoptee,
- name
of adoptee at birth (if known),
- names
of natural parents (if known),
- any
other useful information.
Posts
will be deleted after 2 years -- if you have not found your lost
loved ones, please re-submit your listing. If you are searching
this registry, please check dates that are 'close' to the adopted
person's birthdate, as adoptee birthdates were often falsified on
birth certificates. If you find your lost family member, please
let us know to remove your posting.
